What You Will Need
We will go with a yummy vegan chocolate pie. It's a chocolate peanut tofu butter pie. Here's what you will need:
- 12 oz of tofu
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 premade pie crust
- 2 tablespoons soy milk
Microwave the chocolate chips to melt them. Make sure to stir them occasionally to keep them from burning.
Once the chocolate is properly melted, add in the tofu, the peanut butter, and the soy milk until it has a creamy texture. You may want to add more soy milk, if necessary.
Pour this mixture into a premade crust and place in the refrigerator.
